5 Mistakes Buyers Make with Bulk Tote Bag Orders
We’ve seen these go wrong a hundred times. Don’t let them happen to you.
- Skipping the sample — Always approve a physical sample before bulk production. We make it free in 3 days. A small problem caught at sample stage saves you from rejecting 2,000 bags later.
- Picking GSM by price alone — GSM means grams per square meter. A 150 GSM bag won't hold a laptop; a 350 GSM bag is overkill for a free giveaway. Match the weight to the job.
- Sending a bad logo file — We need AI or PNG at 300 DPI minimum. A JPG from your website won't print sharp at 22 inches wide.
- Ignoring handle length — Standard handles are 20 to 22 inches. Ask for 24-inch handles if buyers carry heavy loads.
- Forgetting custom packaging — If reselling, order with custom hang tags and poly bags from us. Repackaging abroad costs more and takes extra time.
