Founder
Shakhawat Hossain Mia
Shakhawat is a textile engineer with a background in digital marketing and SEO (2011–2018). He co-founded Samia Craft in 2020. He leads production, marketing, and daily operations.

Samia Akter
Samia is a craft and design specialist. She runs the Punch Crafts BD studio and the YouTube channel “Samia Art & Craft.” She leads product design and quality at Samia Craft.

Is Samia Craft a real tote bag factory, or a trading company?
Samia Craft is a real factory, not a trading company. Our factory is in Mirpur-1, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We have 12 sewing machines and about 14 workers. We make every bag ourselves. We don’t use agents or middlemen.
Do you offer OEM and private label manufacturing?
Yes. OEM means we make the bag to your design. We print your logo on it. Private label means you sell it under your own brand name. We don’t put Samia Craft branding on either type of order.
What is the MOQ?
200 pieces per design. MOQ means minimum order quantity. We give a free sample in 3 days. Bulk delivery is about 20 days after you approve the sample and pay the advance.
How fast is the sample?
3 business days. We also give a free digital mockup within 24 hours. Up to 5 rounds of revisions.
Can you print my logo?
Yes. We do heat transfer and vinyl in-house. DTF and screen printing go through print partners we manage. Send an AI file or a 300 DPI PNG. We match Pantone colors. Print area goes up to 22 inches wide.
Do you ship to the USA and UK?
Yes. Air freight takes 7–10 days. Sea freight takes 45–60 days. We handle all export documents. Shipping is FOB Chittagong Port.
What are the payment terms?
New buyers pay 60% advance and 40% before shipment. Regular buyers pay 50/50. LC is available. We invoice in USD for export orders. Local buyers can pay by bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
What if a bag has a defect?
For retail orders, we exchange or refund within 2 days. For wholesale orders, you can keep the defective pieces at a 50% discount, or we resell them for you. Every order goes through 4-stage quality control.
Can I see your products before I order?
Yes. We have 2 showrooms in Mirpur, Dhaka where you can see and touch our bags in person. You can also ask for a free sample before placing a bulk order.
