5 Mistakes Buyers Make with Bulk Tote Bag Orders
We’ve seen these go wrong a hundred times. Don’t let them happen to you.
Always approve a physical sample before bulk production. We make it free in 3 days. A small problem caught at sample stage saves you from rejecting 2,000 bags later.
A 150 GSM bag won’t hold a laptop. A 350 GSM bag is overkill for a free event giveaway. GSM means grams per square meter — the higher the number, the heavier and stronger the fabric. Match the weight to the job.
We need AI or PNG at 300 DPI minimum. A JPG from your website won’t print sharp at 22 inches wide. Send the right file once and save two weeks of back and forth.
Standard handles are 20 to 22 inches. If your buyers are tall or carry heavy loads, ask for 24-inch handles. It’s a small change that makes a big difference in daily use.
If you’re reselling, order with custom hang tags and poly bags from us. Repackaging abroad costs more and takes extra time. Sort it before the bags leave Dhaka.

What is the MOQ for tote bags from Samia Craft?
200 pieces per design. This applies to canvas, cotton, and jute bags. We make a free physical sample in 3 days. Bulk delivery takes about 20 days from our Dhaka factory after sample approval and advance payment.
How fast can I get a sample?
3 business days after design approval. We send a free digital mockup first, usually within 24 hours. The physical sample is free. You get up to 5 revisions before we start bulk production.
Can you print our company logo on the bags?
Yes. We use DTF, heat transfer, vinyl, and screen printing. Send AI or PNG files at 300 DPI minimum. We match Pantone colors and print up to 22 inches wide. Custom hang tags and packaging are available too.
Do you ship to the USA and UK?
Yes. We export to the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia. Air freight reaches in 7 to 10 days. Sea freight takes 45 to 60 days. We ship FOB from Chittagong Port and handle all export documents.
What payment terms do you offer?
New buyers pay 60% before production and 40% before shipment. Regular buyers go 50/50. LC (Letter of Credit) is available for large orders. We invoice in USD internationally and accept bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer locally.
What is your defect policy?
Retail orders: report any defect within 2 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Wholesale: keep defective pieces at 50% discount, or we sell them on your behalf. We run a 4-stage QC on every order — fabric check, production check, final check, packaging check.
