At Samia Craft, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return a product and request a refund, please follow our refund policy guidelines below.

Conditions for Refund:

  1. The Product was purchased in the last 3 days.
  2. The Product is in its original packaging (intact) and no seal is broken (unopened).
  3. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.

Valid Reasons for Refund:

  1. Delivery of wrong item.
  2. Delivery of faulty product.
  3. Delivery of products with missing parts.
  4. Incorrect content on the website.

Note: Change of mind is not acceptable as a reason for a free return/exchange. If you change your mind about the product and let us know within 72 hours, there will be a chance for exchange, but the delivery cost will be applicable.

How to Send Your Product to Samia Craft? How Much Will It Cost You?

Our Customer Service will arrange for the pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by any reputed Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge.

Where to Return the Product?

In the event where you have failed to provide your product to our pick-up service, kindly have your returns shipped or dropped off to our - Returns Mailing Address: 15/7, Borobag, Mirpur-2, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If Your Returned Product is Not Validated for Return, How Are You Informed?

If your return is invalid, we will call you to explain the issue and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. You can still avail of the warranty if you have one.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
